Funky Girl

I've got a new card to show today, I used a new digi character from Crafty Sentiments, 

her name is Kaye and here she is on my card

 I had lots of fun colouring her hair and baggy trousers, I used my promarkers. I felt she needed some vibrant colours, yet I wanted to keep things girly.

I kept my card fairly simple, seems to be my current style. The papers are from Papermania, Spring Burst. 

I used Fancy Floral border also from  Crafty Sentiments,  it is one of my favourite dies, not only it is versatile and will fit most designs but I only need to run in ONCE in my cuttlebug!! All the other inricate dies i've got I need to run it through several times and take it out and turn the die around, etc. 
The butterfly die is from Cheery Lynn designs

A bunch of flutterbys!

After making a card for the current CASE Study challenge i was finally inspired to make thank you cards for christmas pressies! And it was a great simple way to use up scraps

here is the first one

and since i have about 2 dozen Thank you cards to make i simplified it a bit for the rest, so i have 2 each of these... by the way the thank you cards are mostly going to be from my 1year old son, he is the lucky one and was very spoiled for christmas!
